(Review) Banila Co: Clean It Zero Purity

Life has been super hectic and confusing lately. It seems that I barely have time to post once a month these days :(  I am trying to find more time to post especially about lifestyle but at the moment I am finding that extremely hard.

I have been using this product for almost 6 months now and I am here to share my thoughts on it.

Description:
"This award-winning hypoallergenic oil cleanser appears as a solid balm and transforms into a silky oil on the skin. Its sorbet-like texture and lightweight formula effortlessly dissolves stubborn makeup and impurities without stripping the skin of its natural oils.
Free from artificial coloring, synthetic fragrance, alcohol, parabens, and mineral oil. Formulated for sensitive skin types."

Ingredients & Packaging:
As the products promises it doesn't contain any ingredients that might irritate sensitive skin. I checked the ingredients and it doesn't contain any harmful chemicals or irritants. It contains aloe vera, rosemary and lander oils and chamomile extracts. So a lot of soothing ingredients.

The products comes in a plastic jar and you get 100ml of product. It comes with a spatula so that you don't need to stick your fingers into the product and the balm won't melt instantly.

Texture & Effectiveness:
The texture is indeed a solid balm that instantly melts when it gets in contact with the warmth of the skin and turns into oil. I really like using this kind of cleansers. It is similar to BEYOND's cleansing melting oil but I prefer the texture in this product.

This cleanser is very gentle on skin. In the past I have found that other cleansers meant for sensitive skin have been lacking in cleansing power so naturally I had to test whether this would lack that too.

As you can see in the pictures above the only residues that was left, was from liquid eyeliner, gel eyeliner and lip tint. I think it's is a pretty good result! It doesn't leave much residue from my eye makeup which means that I don't have to use much eye makeup remover. My face doesn't feel tight or oily after using it instead it feels refreshed.

Pros:
  • no harsh or irritating ingredients
  • effective at cleansing makeup
  • skin feels refreshing
  • packaging

Cons:
  • None

Conclusions:
I honestly have nothing bad to say about this product. At first I thought it would not last very long but I have been using it almost every day for 6 months and I still have plenty left. This cleanser is good at at cleansing makeup without leaving skin feeling tight or too oily. It is best suited for dry and sensitive skin types but since I have dry combo skin I also recommend it for that skin type as well.

You can get it from RoseRoseshop 17,600 KRW (Approx. 16USD or 15EUR).
